Who Are We? We are the on-site property management for The Chalets & Grand Lodges at Collins Lake Resort®.  Many of the owners have hired us to rent their property as a vacation rental.  We are set-up to act as your exclusive vacation planner because we have partnerships with many local recreation outfitters.  In addition, we have an exclusive corporate affiliation with Mt. Hood Skibowl and can offer their products to our renters for a great discount.  We also have partnerships with the area’s other ski areas for discount lift tickets.

 

Do you have rooms available? At this time we do not manage rooms.  The Chalets we manage are perfect for a family or small group.  They are 3-story town home condominiums that have 1248 square feet with a 2-car garage.  They have 2 private bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, some Chalets offer an additional den with sleeping arrangements.  They have a full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, deck and gas fireplace.  You do not need to bring cookware or linens.  They are fully equipped.

 

The newest addition to Collins Lake Resort® is the Grand Lodges.  These spacious condos offer a large living space of 1800-2300 square feet with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room. Laundry, deck, and a gas fireplace in the living room as well as in the large Master Suite.  In addition to the Master Suite, there is a Guest Bedroom, a Private Den or loft, and 2 - 3 Full Bathrooms.  Parking is located in the secured under building garage. 

 

How much are your vacation rentals? Our rental rates fluctuate from season to season; therefore we have a range of starting rates.  There are 2 Price Classes for our chalets: Deluxe and Premium.  The Grand Lodges currently offer 3 Price Classes: Lakeside/Mountain View Suite, Penthouse Suite, and Master Suite.  The starting rates are based on occupancy of 6 adults.   All pre-teens (12 years and younger) lodge for free and each additional adult (ages 13 and older) is $20 per night.  All rents are assessed a 7% tax (6% county and 1% state) and every reservation is assessed a $55 Service Fee.

The seasonal and daily starting rates for the Chalets are as follows (*Rates are subject to change):


               Summer – mid June through Labor Day weekend – $199-239*
               Fall – September through mid-November – $179-239* (Off-Season Specials)
               Winter – Thanksgiving through mid-December – $199-$299*
               Holidays – mid-December through early January – $249-$369*
               Winter – early January through March – $199 – $299*
               Spring – April through May – $179-239* (Off-Season Specials)

Weekly starting rates are:
               Summer – mid June through Labor Day weekend – $1,250-$1,300*

The seasonal and daily starting rates for the Grand Lodges are as follows (*Rates are subject to change):                   Summer – mid June through Labor Day weekend – $359 -$399*
               Fall – September through mid-November – $289 - $359* (Off-Season Specials)
               Winter – Thanksgiving through mid-December – $379-$449*

               Winter – early January through March – $379-$449*
               Spring – April through May – $379*(Off-Season Specials)

What are the sleeping arrangements? Each property has unique sleeping arrangements depending on the preferences of the owner.  Maximum occupancy for most of the condos is 10 guests. Depending on the condo there may be between 2-6 beds with 4-10 sleeping arrangements.

 

How many nights minimum? Depending on the property, a 2-night minimum stay may be required. Some of the properties we manage allow nightly rentals however, we have minimums during the summer months as well as on holidays and weekends. During the December holidays there is a 5 night minimum.   MLK and President's weekends require a 3 night stay. Weekends in January, February, and July require a 2 night minimum stay.*Nightly minimums are subject to change

 

Where are you located? The Chalets at Collins Lake Resort® are located in Government Camp, Oregon in the shadow of Oregon’s highest peak, Mt. Hood.  It is the heart of a recreation paradise within minutes of Mt Hood Skibowl, Mt. Hood Meadows, and Timberline ski areas.  We are within quick walking distance of restaurants, shops and many of our properties have marvelous views of Camp Creek, Mt. Hood, The Multorpor Fen, and the slopes of Mt. Hood Skibowl.  The Front Desk is located in the on-site Rental Office at Collins Lake Resort. 

The Grand Lodges at Collins Lake Resort® are just west of the Collins Lake Resort Chalets and are within walking distance of everything Government Camp has to offer. Every unit in the North Lodge offers excellent waterfront views of Collins Lake and the slopes of Mt. Hood Skibowl.  The South Lodge offers breathtaking view of majestic Mt. Hood as well as America’s Largest Night Ski Area, Mt. Hood Skibowl. 

The Chalet Front Desk is located in the onsite Rental Office for the Chalets at Collins Lake Resort.   It is the very first unit and the address is 88149 E Creek Ridge Road, Government Camp, OR 97028. 

The Grand Lodge Front Desk is located onsite in the Grand Lodge Clubhouse/Welcome Center.  The address is 89000 E Government Camp Loop Road, Government Camp, OR 97028.
