Located just a short walk away from the heart of Government Camp, this three-story townhouse-style chalet has space for six people, adventure equipment, and a tuning bench to keep your winter gear in top shape. For guests staying in the summer, this home has window AC units in the living room and both bedrooms, and ceiling fans to help keep you cool! 

Throughout the home are custom-made lightswitch covers, which feature historical photos from Government Camp and Rhododendron and the settlers who first arrived at the Mt. Hood Territory. 

This two-bedroom chalet has a private, two-car heated garage with a private washer and dryer access and a work table to maintain your equipment for summer or winter alike. Beautiful wood flooring up the first flight of stairs leads to the second floor, powder room, dining area, kitchen, living room, and patio. The living room has a couch big enough for the entire family, a gas fireplace to cozy up to while snow is falling, and a balcony with a BBQ, perfect for summertime entertaining. The kitchen comes fully equipped to cook & serve up to six people. The kitchen stove is gas, and there is a standard drip coffee maker, a countertop air fryer, a four-slot toaster, a blender, an instapot, a crockpot, a waffle maker, and an electric griddle.

The third floor has two bedrooms, one guest bathroom, and a primary bathroom attached to the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds and a closet and is just a door away from the guest bathroom, which has a bathtub. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed on a log pine frame, a vanity with a sink, and a mirrored closet to help you look your best. Both bedrooms also have portable AC units available to use in the Summer. The attached master bathroom also includes a bathtub. 

All units are stocked with enough towels to meet the maximum occupancy and extra blankets.

Additional Note: 
  • This home has a Ring doorbell with video and audio capabilities located to the right side of the front door to the unit. The device only monitors the exterior entry area. 
Please keep in mind this home is heated by gas and has a gas fireplace. There are window AC units in this home, however there is no central Air Conditioning.
