Located just a short walk away from the heart of Government Camp, this three-story townhouse-style chalet has space for six people, adventure equipment, and a tuning bench to keep your winter gear in top shape. This home has a window AC unit and ceiling fans for our summer guests!

Throughout the home are custom-made lightswitch covers, which feature historical photos from Government Camp and Rhododendron and the settlers who first arrived at the Mt. Hood Territory. 

This two-bedroom chalet has a private, two-car heated garage with a private washer and dryer access and a work table to maintain your equipment for summer or winter alike. Beautiful wood flooring up the first flight of stairs leads to the second floor, powder room, dining area, kitchen, living room, and patio. The living room has a couch big enough for the entire family, a gas fireplace to cozy up to while snow is falling, and a balcony with a BBQ, perfect for summertime entertaining. The kitchen comes fully equipped to cook & serve up to six people. The kitchen stove is gas, and there is a standard drip coffee maker, a four-slot toaster, a blender, an instapot, a crockpot, a waffle maker, and an electric griddle.

The third floor has two bedrooms, one guest bathroom, and a primary bathroom attached to the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds and a closet and is just a door away from the guest bathroom, which has a bathtub. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed on a log pine frame, a vanity with a sink, and a mirrored closet to help you look your best. The attached master bathroom also includes a bathtub. The owner just put in brand-new beds, too!

All units are stocked with enough towels to meet the maximum occupancy and extra blankets.
